UK Pension transfers

Australian Enterprise Super is a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS). This means no UK tax will apply if you transfer your UK pension(s) into your Australian Enterprise Super account, provided certain conditions are met. Depending on your circumstances, some tax may be payable when the money is recevied into Australian Enterprise Super. UK payments tax may apply if the funds are subsequently withdrawn.
