Annual Statement Gift Card Terms

Please note: The promotion closed 11 November 2011, and if you have met the eligibility criteria, your card will be mailed to you within 90 days of the promotion closing date as stated in the Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and conditions

Promoter: Professional Associations Superannuation Limited (PASL) as Trustee of the Professional Associations Superannuation Fund (PASF) is the promoter (ABN 78 984 178 687 RSE R1000429), GPO Box 1756, Melbourne Vic 3001 [Phone 03 8605 4400]. Accountants Super and Australian Enterprise Super are divisions of PASF.

Promotion period

1. The "Get more from your super now" ("Promotion") commences at 12.00am on Friday 9 September 2011 and concludes at 5:00pm on Monday 31 October 2011. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. PASL has the right to extend this period at its discretion.

2. Commencement of the promotion will be Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") and the conclusion Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST").

Eligibility and entry requirements

3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, ("Entrants") must be a member of Accountants Super or Australian Enterprise Super.

4. Entrants remain eligible to participate in the promotion provided their, Accountants Super or Australian Enterprise Super account remains active during the entire period of the promotion. For the purposes of this competition an active account is an account that has not been closed and has an account balance greater than zero.

5. Employees, Business Directors, their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies of the Promoter, eo Financial Services Pty Ltd & Australian Administrative Services (AAS) are excluded from the promotion.

6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced or late entries including website technical difficulties during the promotion period. The promoter will exercise all care and duty to manage valid entries.

7. To be eligible for the $50 gift card, an Entrant must:

a. Be 18 years of age or older

b. Complete the required fields in the online consolidation form on the website to be eligible. Note: This explicitly excludes members who complete the consolidation process via the manual process.

c. Print out the required ‘transfer in’ form(s) generated via the Online Consolidation Form and mail in to the fund including relevant copy/copies of properly certified identification documentation(s).

d. Data entered into the Online Consolidation Form must match the Entrant’s administration record to be eligible.  Contact details can be updated through Member Online Services or by calling the relevant number: Accountants Super on 1300 651 331, Australian Enterprise Super on 1800 555 024.

e. Must roll-in/consolidate a minimum of $1000 in total from fund/s other than Accountants Super, RecruitmentSuper or Australian Enterprise Super. This roll-in amount must result from the forms received.

f. Completed paperwork must be received by the fund before the promotion period closes. If paperwork has not been received before 5pm AEST on 31 October 2011, the member will not be eligible for this promotion.

g. After the competition closes, PASL will determine eligibility. If the consolidation/roll-in process is successful and the entrant has rolled in a minimum total of $1000 into their account, and the funds have been allocated, the entrant will be eligible to receive one gift card.

8. Eligible Entrants who successfully enter these details, and the relevant paperwork is received by the fund during the promotion period will receive one gift card mailed to the address supplied.

9. Eligible Entrants are entitled to one entry only during the promotion period.

10. Eligible Entrants are not entitled to multiple entries in the event that separate memberships are held across Accountants Super, RecruitmentSuper or Australian Enterprise Super.

Gift card details

11. The total value of the gift card per eligible member is a $50 gift card from Coles Group and Myer.  The gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash.  The Coles Group & Myer Gift Card is redeemable at: Myer, Target, Baby Target, Target Country, Kmart, Coles Supermarkets, Coles Central, BI-LO, Pick ‘n’ Pay stores, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars, 1st Choice Liquor Superstore and Officeworks.  Not redeemable at Coles Express, Harris Technology, Kmart Tyre & Auto Service, Kmart New Zealand, Kphoto, ATMs/kiosks, online businesses and some sub-lets and licensees.  For full Terms of Use visit giftcards.com.au or phone 1300 304 990.

General

12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the promotion in the event of severe technical failure of system devices used to record eligible entrants.

13. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the gifts. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the gifts offered under the Promotion, if there are any changes to the law which would or might render the Promotion or any gifts offered under the Promotion unlawful. Continuation of the Promotion is at the Promoter's discretion.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards distributed. It is the responsibility of each entrant to safeguard their gift card after receiving it. Gift cards expire 2 years after date of purchase, not date of receipt by entrant.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced forms or identification documentation. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the forms are completed, printed, addressed correctly, sent to the promoter and include properly certified identification.

16. The total gift card pool is uncapped for the period of the promotion.

17. Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to receive gifts and situations or issues for which these terms and conditions make no provision or are unclear are the responsibility of the Promoter, whose decision in all matters will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
