• 2008 Federal Budget
  As expected, this year’s Budget contains no new or immediate changes to superannuation. However, some changes could affect how employers may pay superannuation contributions, individuals who Salary Sacrifice or salary package, and first home buyers.

• Trustee nominations now closed
  Your Fund is governed by a Board of Trustee Directors - Professional Associations Superannuation Limited. An election is held for one of its three member representative positions every second year and the next election will take place this year. Nominations for this election have now closed, and a process to determine whether nominees are "fit and proper" for the role, as defined by legislation, has commenced.
