We provide you with many ways to make contributions. Simply select the option that's most convenient to you.

Employer Online Services

For a fast and easy way to make contributions, use Employer Online Services.

• Send us all the information in one go
• You can save your input and finish later
• You don't need to send us a separate breakdown of contribution amounts for each employee.

Get started

1. Log into Employer Online Services
2. Simply enter the contribution amounts for each employee and submit it to us (pre-configured employers can upload payroll files - ask us how)
3. Once you have submitted the contribution breakdown, you can make the payment by BPAY, direct debit or cheque.

Did you know? You can also make changes to current employee details such as editing personal details, adding new employees and terminating existing employees. Find out more.

BPAY/ Direct Credit / Cheque / Money Order

You are also able to manually send in your contribution data, and then use BPAY, direct credit, cheque, or money order to make the payment.

If you are making a payment via BPAY or Direct Credit and are unsure of the relevant reference / bank account numbers, please call us on 1800 555 024. Cheques and money orders should be payable to Australian Enterprise Super and sent to the address below with your contribution breakdown.

Email

Email your contribution data in an excel spreadsheet, csv file, or a file exported from your payroll system to info@aesuper.com.au

New members can be included this way. Please use this data guide to ensure that all the necessary information is provided.

Mail or Fax

You can complete the contribution return sent to you each month or print it directly from your payroll system and mail or fax it to us at:
