PASL welcomes new Trustee Director

As a result of the anticipated retirement of Erica Turek, after many years of service and commitment to the Fund, an election was held for a new Member Representative Trustee Director to the PASL Board. The election took place from Monday, 15 September 2008 and closed on Thursday, 6 November 2008.

Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd, an independent party, was engaged to conduct the secured online election.

The results have been tabulated and Mr Ken Dyer, Returning Officer-Computershare, has now advised Mr Ross Fisher, Chairman of the PASL Board, that Mr Ian Chisholm received the most votes. Accordingly, Mr Chisholm has now been formally appointed to the PASL Board as a Trustee Director for a term of 6 years.

On behalf of the PASL Board, Mr Fisher would like to also thank Mr Brett Parker and Mr Peter Sexton for their interest and nominations.
