Professional Associations Superannuation Limited (PASL) (ABN 14 056 917 303, AFSL 222590) is the Trustee of Professional Associations Superannuation Fund and is governed by a Board of Directors.

The Board has a formal Charter documenting its membership, operating procedures and responsibilities. The Board's sole purpose is to oversee the management of the Fund and its investments to provide the best possible financial benefits for members.

The Board has delegated specific responsibilities to Committees. These Committees are responsible for assisting the Board in fulfilling its various obligations, as defined by law and in accordance with their formal charters. The Committees are:

Directors

A world of experience

Our Directors have a varied mix of backgrounds, education and experience which serve to ensure the Board is highly effective. In particular, the Directors are skilled in the areas of investments, industry, marketing, banking and finance. All Directors have completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ course and undertaken training appropriate to their various responsibilities within the Board and its Committees

Ross Fisher
Employer Representative Director and Chairman

Ross has over 40 years experience in the recruitment industry, including 35 years as Principal of Fisher Recruitment. Ross is the Chairman of PASL and has been an Employer Representative Director since 1992.

Ross Herron
Employer Representative Director

Ross has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, specialising in audit services and was previously a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been an Employer Representative Director of PASL since 2002. Ross sits on the board of the eo Group of Companies.

John Plummer
Employer Representative Director

John is the current Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Chandler Macleod Group Ltd (ASX : CMG), and has over 20 years experience in the Recruitment Industry. He is Chairman of London City Equities Ltd (ASX: LCE) and Non-Executive Director of Belmont Holding Ltd (ASX: BET) both listed investment companies. He is also a Director of MRI China, a large Hong Kong based Asia-wide Human Resources company and Gold Tiger Investments a private investment company. John sits on the Board of the eo Group of Companies. 

John's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Australia and Life Member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association. John has been an Employer Representative Director of PASL since 2002.

Sylvia Moreno
Member Representative Director

Sylvia has over 34 years in the Recruitment Industry in both principal and management roles.

She was a Director of the National Association of Personnel Consultants and Institute of Personnel Consultants and has been a Member Representative Director of PASL since 2006.

Ian Chisholm
Member Representative Director

Ian has over 40 years experience in various industries, including 20 years experience as a Director, and has been a Member Representative Director of PASL since 2008.

Katherine Kaspar
Member Representative Director

Katherine has 10 years experience as a trust lawyer at two of Melbourne’s top tier law firms, having also worked for some of Australia’s largest trustee companies including NAB, AXA, Colonial and UBS. Katherine was appointed as a Member Representative Director of PASL in December 2010.
