Professional Associations Superannuation Limited

The Trustee of Australian Enterprise Super , is Professional Associations Superannuation Limited (PASL) (ABN 14 056 917 303, AFSL 222590). It is responsible for overseeing the management of all four divisions of Professional Associations Superannuation Fund and comprised of a Board of Trustee Directors.

The Board has a formal Charter documenting its membership, operating procedures and responsibilities. The Board's sole purpose is to oversee the management of the Fund and its investments to provide the best possible financial benefits for members.

Our Trust Deed

The Trust Deed is the legal document containing the rules of Professional Associations Superannuation Fund. Trust Deeds are subject to review from time to time, as Funds look to streamline benefits to members.

Professional Associations Super's Trust Deed was reviewed in August 2008 and a modern Replacement Trust Deed was introduced which affords the Fund more flexibility to grow and deliver benefits to members. The changes introduced also define and clarify a number of technical matters and provisions.

Risk Management Strategy and Plan

As a condition of our Trustee's RSE Licence, our Risk Management Plan needs to be made available to members.

The Combined Risk Management Plan and Strategy describes and ranks the risks involved in running Professional Associations Super, as well as the Trustee's Risk Management Strategy.

While it is not possible to eliminate all risks, the Trustee is confident that risks are being appropriately identified, monitored and managed.
